At Travel Mixture, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation:
Domestic Trips
- 30+ days before departure: 90% refund
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
International Trips
- 45+ days before departure: As per supplier policy
- 30–44 days: Partial refund
- Less than 30 days: No refund
(Airlines & hotels may apply separate charges)
2. Cancellation by Travel Mixture
We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Insufficient bookings
- Unavoidable circumstances
In such cases, customers may receive:
- Full refund OR
- Option to reschedule OR
- Travel credit
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Bank charges, taxes, and gateway fees are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Permit fees
- Convenience charges
5. No-Show Policy
No refund will be provided for:
- No-shows
- Early departures
- Missed flights due to personal reasons
6. Adventure Activities Disclaimer
Adventure activities carry inherent risks. Refunds will not be provided for activities skipped due to fear, health issues, or personal choice.
